SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Please review this Shipping Policy before completing your purchase.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Certain products may be shipped directly from one of our warehouses or fulfillment partners.
2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Any shipping or delivery timeframe displayed by ZonaDMA, Shopify, a warehouse, or a shipping carrier is an ESTIMATE and not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by:
• Carrier delays
• Weekends
• Federal or local holidays
• Severe weather
• Customs inspections
• International border processing
• Transportation disruptions
• High shipping volume
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Events outside ZonaDMA's reasonable control
A delay does not automatically mean that a package is lost.
3. HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS
Shipping carriers may operate on reduced schedules or may not process or deliver packages on weekends or recognized holidays.
Orders already in transit may temporarily show little or no tracking movement during these periods.
Customers agree that normal carrier delays caused by weekends or holidays do not, by themselves, qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
4. TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate that the package is lost.
5. CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:
• Full name
• Shipping address
• Apartment or unit number
• City
• State/province
• Postal code
• Country
• Contact information
ZonaDMA is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Customs processing times are outside ZonaDMA's control.
7. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a package is delayed, customers should allow the carrier a reasonable amount of time to complete delivery.
ZonaDMA may contact the carrier, warehouse, or fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment.
A refund will not normally be issued while a package remains actively in transit unless required by applicable law or the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost.
8. LOST PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, ZonaDMA may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
We may need to wait for the carrier's investigation before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
9. DELIVERED PACKAGES
When tracking shows a package as delivered, customers should first check:
• The delivery location
• Mailroom or reception area
• Front, side, or rear entrances
• Household members
• Neighbors
• Apartment or building management
If the package cannot be located, contact ZonaDMA Support promptly so we can review the delivery information and determine the appropriate next step.
10. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph:
• The shipping box
• Shipping label
• Internal packaging
• Product
• Any visible damage
Please contact ZonaDMA Support promptly and retain all original packaging while the claim is reviewed.
11. CANCELLATIONS AFTER SHIPPING
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled while it is in transit.
Customers should not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so by ZonaDMA Support.
If an eligible return is requested after delivery, it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
12. PAYMENT DISPUTES
A shipping delay alone does not establish that an order was not fulfilled.
If a payment dispute is filed, ZonaDMA may provide the payment processor or financial institution with tracking information, fulfillment records, warehouse records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and the customer's acceptance of our Purchase, Shipping & Refund Agreement.
13. CONTACT US FIRST
If you experience any delivery issue, please contact ZonaDMA Support before initiating a payment dispute.
We will make a reasonable effort to investigate shipping issues with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
