Prepare your equipment before starting.

HARDWARE SETUP (MAIN PC)

Install the DMA Card and connect it to your second PC.

Power down the Game PC

Shut down Windows completely. Turn the power-supply switch to the OFF position and unplug the power cable before touching internal hardware.

OFF means the side marked O. Do not work inside the PC while it is connected to power.

Insert the DMA Card into PCIe

Use an available PCIe slot. Align the gold connector with the slot, press the card down evenly and secure the metal bracket to the case.

1Remove the matching rear case bracket.

2Hold the DMA by its edges. Do not touch the gold contacts.

3Press straight down until the connector is fully seated.

4Secure the metal bracket with a screw.

Connect the DATA port to the Second PC

Use the included USB cable. DATA is used for normal operation and Speed Test; JTAG is used for drivers, DNA ID and firmware flashing.

Enter BIOS / UEFI

Power on the Game PC and repeatedly press DEL, F2 or ESC during startup. The exact key depends on the motherboard.

Disable virtualization settings

Select the instructions matching your processor. Menu names can vary by motherboard manufacturer.

Intel BIOS virtualization settings disabled — **INTEL:** Set Intel Virtualization Technology and VT-d to Disabled.

AMD BIOS IOMMU and SVM disabled — **AMD:** Set IOMMU and SVM Mode to Disabled.

IMPORTANT Do not change unrelated BIOS settings. Save the original values before making changes.

Review Windows Memory Integrity

Open Windows Security → Device Security → Core isolation. Follow the compatibility requirements for your setup and restart Windows after changing this option.

Connect the USB cable to the JTAG port for this step.

SPEED TEST

Test DMA stability from ZonaDMA Toolset.

Use ZonaDMA Toolset to retrieve the unique card ID.

Flash the supplied .bin file through ZonaDMA Toolset.

PRE-SETUP Run the flashing utility from the second PC and use one USB cable during the process.

Remove the top coverPull it straight up without twisting.

Hold the left buttonWhile holding it, connect the USB cable to the left port.

Confirm flash modeThe utility should report that the MCU is connected in flash mode.

Flash LeftWait for completion, then unplug the left port.

Hold the right buttonConnect the USB cable to the right port while holding the button.

Reconnect normal cablesRestore Main PC, Second PC and mouse connections.

Start with the matching issue, then contact official support if it continues.

DMA is not detected

Confirm DATA versus JTAG, reconnect the USB cable, try another USB port, restart both PCs and verify the required driver in ZonaDMA Toolset.

Yellow warning icon in Device Manager

Remove the incorrect device driver, reconnect the card and reinstall the matching driver from ZonaDMA Toolset.

Speed Test is low or unstable

Try another PCIe slot and USB port, use the included cable, close heavy background applications and retest after a full shutdown.

Firmware flash does not start

Confirm JTAG mode, run Toolset as administrator, verify the .bin belongs to your exact card and do not rename or modify the file.

Macku is not detected

Check all three ports, verify its COM number is below 10, restart the device and reinstall the driver through ZonaDMA Toolset.

Fuser has no image

Verify input/output direction, test a lower resolution, reconnect power and use cables rated for your selected resolution and refresh rate.
