Install the DMA Card and connect it to your second PC.
Shut down Windows completely. Turn the power-supply switch to the OFF position and unplug the power cable before touching internal hardware.
Use an available PCIe slot. Align the gold connector with the slot, press the card down evenly and secure the metal bracket to the case.

Use the included USB cable. DATA is used for normal operation and Speed Test; JTAG is used for drivers, DNA ID and firmware flashing.

Power on the Game PC and repeatedly press DEL, F2 or ESC during startup. The exact key depends on the motherboard.
Select the instructions matching your processor. Menu names can vary by motherboard manufacturer.


Open Windows Security → Device Security → Core isolation. Follow the compatibility requirements for your setup and restart Windows after changing this option.

Connect the USB cable to the JTAG port for this step.


Connect the USB cable to the DATA port.


Test DMA stability from ZonaDMA Toolset.



Use ZonaDMA Toolset to retrieve the unique card ID.

Flash the supplied .bin file through ZonaDMA Toolset.


Connect each USB port to the correct device.

Install the driver through ZonaDMA Toolset, then verify the COM port.



Complete both sides from the Second PC using the official ZonaDMA utility supplied through support.
Select the connection panel that matches your exact model.



Complete every check before normal use.
Your complete DMA system is configured and ready.
Start with the matching issue, then contact official support if it continues.
Confirm DATA versus JTAG, reconnect the USB cable, try another USB port, restart both PCs and verify the required driver in ZonaDMA Toolset.
Remove the incorrect device driver, reconnect the card and reinstall the matching driver from ZonaDMA Toolset.
Try another PCIe slot and USB port, use the included cable, close heavy background applications and retest after a full shutdown.
Confirm JTAG mode, run Toolset as administrator, verify the .bin belongs to your exact card and do not rename or modify the file.
Check all three ports, verify its COM number is below 10, restart the device and reinstall the driver through ZonaDMA Toolset.
Verify input/output direction, test a lower resolution, reconnect power and use cables rated for your selected resolution and refresh rate.
